# Peerlogic API

> Integrate with Peerlogic calls, insights, conversations, tasks, opportunities, subscriptions, and events.

The Peerlogic API gives authorized customers and partners access to Peerlogic data and workflows. Use it to retrieve call records and insights, work with transcripts, manage conversations and tasks, analyze opportunities, and consume event data.

## API areas

* **Organizations and practices** define the customer resources available to an authenticated account.
* **Calls and intelligence** provide call records, transcripts, summaries, sentiment, and call-purpose data.
* **Analytics** provide aggregate call, opportunity, insurance, marketing, and benchmark reporting.
* **Patient care and engagement** provide contacts, patients, appointments, Aimee, conversations, messaging, and tasks.
* **Opportunities** provide customer workflow resources and outcome tracking.
* **Subscriptions and events** provide subscription management, delivery records, and event analytics.

  Your access is determined by the permissions assigned to your Peerlogic account. An authenticated request can still return `403 Forbidden` when your account does not have access to the requested resource.
