# Allow Peerlogic support email

> Keep replies from Peerlogic Support out of your spam or junk folder by allowing the confirmed support address.

Allow `support@peerlogic.com` when a reply from Peerlogic Support goes to your spam or junk folder. Start with this exact address so you do not allow more senders than necessary.

## When to use this

Use these steps when you expect a response from Peerlogic Support but cannot find it in your inbox.

## Before you begin

* Check that you contacted `support@peerlogic.com`.
* Search your spam, junk, quarantine, and deleted-items folders.
* If your organization manages your email, ask your IT administrator whether you can change safe-sender settings.

<Warning>
  Adding a safe sender does not prove that every message displaying that sender is legitimate. Be cautious with unexpected links, attachments, or requests for passwords. Contact [Peerlogic Support](https://support.peerlogic.com/contact/) separately if you are unsure about a message.
</Warning>
