# NexHealth Synchronizer network requirements

> Network requirements for practices whose confirmed EHR or PMS integration uses NexHealth Synchronizer.

For some electronic health record (EHR) and practice management system (PMS) integrations, Peerlogic uses NexHealth Synchronizer to sync patient information and scheduling data.

These requirements apply only when Peerlogic has confirmed that your EHR or PMS integration uses NexHealth Synchronizer.

Ask your IT team to apply these requirements on the computer or server that runs NexHealth Synchronizer.

## Required ports

Allow the following ports:

* `4505`
* `4506`
* `443`

## Required file paths

Allow the following paths in endpoint-security, antivirus, and application-control tools:

* `C:\NexHealth*`
* `C:\Program Files\Salt Project\Salt*`

## Required domains

Allow access to the following domains and endpoint:

* `*.nexhealth.info`
* `*.nexhealth-it.com`
* `*.nexhealth.com`
* `http://nexhealth-backend-state-cache-development-us-east-1.s3.amazonaws.com/`

<Note>
  Apply the wildcard entries according to your firewall or security tool's syntax. Do not replace them with a single resolved IP address because the destination addresses can change.
