# Call experience

> Preview caller-experience capabilities in the Peerlogic VoIP Platform API.

The VoIP Platform preview covers caller-facing capabilities such as greetings, prompts, hold audio, call screening, and recording settings.

Current resources, supported operations, and media requirements are provided to approved preview participants.
