# Voicemails

> Preview voicemail resources in the Peerlogic VoIP Platform API.

<Warning>The Voicemails API is part of the VoIP Platform preview and may change.</Warning>

A voicemail represents a voice message associated with a call or mailbox. Preview access may include voicemail status, timing, caller information, and recording availability.

Current endpoint, retention, and media-access details are provided to approved preview participants.
