All content in the Peerlogic Knowledge Platform follows these principles:
  1. Task-oriented. Titles describe what the reader wants to do (“How do I set up voicemail?”).
  2. Concise and factual. No fluff. Answer the question directly.
  3. Structured. Use predictable headings, steps, and tables so AI retrieval can chunk content reliably.
  4. Layered detail. Nontechnical readers first, deeper technical detail below.
  5. Linked. Related articles, prerequisites, and matching videos are explicitly linked.
  6. Versioned and dated. Content is tracked so AI agents can prefer current information.
  7. Approved. Only approved content is retrievable by AI agents.
