Allow support@peerlogic.com when a reply from Peerlogic Support goes to your spam or junk folder. Start with this exact address so you do not allow more senders than necessary.

When to use this

Use these steps when you expect a response from Peerlogic Support but cannot find it in your inbox.

Before you begin

  • Check that you contacted support@peerlogic.com.
  • Search your spam, junk, quarantine, and deleted-items folders.
  • If your organization manages your email, ask your IT administrator whether you can change safe-sender settings.
Adding a safe sender does not prove that every message displaying that sender is legitimate. Be cautious with unexpected links, attachments, or requests for passwords. Contact Peerlogic Support separately if you are unsure about a message.

Procedure

1

Find the support message

Search all mail folders for a message from support@peerlogic.com.
2

Mark the message as legitimate

If you find the message in spam or junk, select the option to mark it as Not spam, Not junk, or a similar trusted-message action.
3

Allow the exact support address

Add support@peerlogic.com to your contacts or safe-senders list. Use the exact address instead of a rule that allows every sender from the peerlogic.com domain.
4

Ask your IT administrator to check filtering

If the message is still missing, ask your IT administrator to check the organization-level quarantine and mail-flow logs for support@peerlogic.com. Ask them to allow the exact address if their review confirms that a filter blocked it.
Automated Peerlogic messages may use a different sender. Do not add a guessed address or a domain-wide rule. Contact Peerlogic Support to confirm the sender for the specific message you expect.

Verify

Ask Peerlogic Support to reply or resend the expected message. Confirm that the new message reaches your inbox and displays support@peerlogic.com as the sender.
